What happens when I order a Virtual Property Movie (VPM) from View2Offer.com?
Firstly, we will tentatively schedule a photo shoot of the property with you. Following this, you can make payment through credit card, DBS ATM transfer, cash or cheque. Upon processing your payment, the photo shoot will be confirmed and a receipt will be sent to you.

In the next stage, we will ask that the owners of the property sign a consent form before we carry out the photo shoot.

Do I need to be present for the photo shoot?
Yes, someone should be present for the shoot. The reason is that there might be special circumstances that need to be addressed; such as certain lighting characteristics, positional views, etc.

What is needed to prepare the property for the photo shoot?
The property should be prepped and cleaned, as it should be for any showing. Any room preparations and renovations you want should be completed before the appointment time.

How long will it take the photographer to complete the session?
It will take approximately 20-40 minutes to shoot a residential property. However, this also depends upon how many scenes are taken. The property should be ready to shoot as soon as the photographer arrives. Unique properties may require additional time.

Are there any security issues that need to be addressed with the seller?
This should be worked out prior to the appointment time with the photographer. If possible, the photographer will avoid portraits, electronic equipment, etc.; however, any personal items of concern or valuables should be removed.

Are there any penalties for cancelling/postponing my photo shoot?
No refunds will be given for cancellations and no-shows. If you can’t make the photo shoot, we urge you to inform us in advance so that we can re-schedule another photo shoot.

What if I am running late or miss an appointment?
The photographer will wait for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. If you miss the appointment, there will be no refund provided.

How do I promote my VPM Ad Online?
A great international real estate listing is useless without promotion. Luckily, all our VPM Ads Online come with a unique website address (URL). Place this URL on promotional and advertising pieces such as your advertisements, business cards, flyers, press releases, posters and signs to attract people to visit your international real estate listing.

Do I need to have my own website?

Do I or my customers need to download any additional software to view the VPM?
You will need Macromedia Flash to view the VPM. This is free software that can be downloaded from www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer.

Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order. You can order one virtual property movie or ask about our pricing packages for volume orders.

What payment options do I have on View2Offer.com?
All our payment options are powered by WorldPay. You can pay for your products and services through Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Delta as well as POSB/DBS ATM transfer, cash and check if you are located in Singapore.
