We will first contact you to set up an appointment for our photographer to visit your property as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, this service is restricted to properties in Singapore for the time being. We hope to extend our service scope at a later date. We invite you to post your international property on our real estate listings through View2Offer.com's Photo Ad Online instead.

Do I need to have my own website?

No, you don't. View2Offer.com's VPM Online comes with its own unique URL. However, you can link to the virtual property movie from another site.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order. You can order one virtual property movie or ask about our specials for volume orders.

Do I need to be present for the photo shoot?

Yes, someone should be present for the tour. The reason is that there might be special circumstances that need to be addressed; such as certain lighting characteristics, positional views, etc.

What is needed to prepare the property for the photo shoot?

The property should be prepped and cleaned, as it should be for any showing. Any room preparations and renovations you want should be completed before the appointment time.

How long will it take the photographer to complete the session?

It will take approximately 20-40 minutes to shoot a residential property. However, this also depends upon how many scenes are taken. The property should be ready to shoot as soon as the photographer arrives. Unique properties may require additional time.

Are there any security issues that need to be addressed with the seller?

This should be worked out prior to the appointment time with the photographer. If possible, the photographer will avoid portraits, electronic equipment, etc.; however, any personal items of concern or valuables should be removed.

Are there any penalties for cancelling/postponing my photo shoot?

There is no charge if a photo shoot is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. If the photo shoot is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a $30.00 cancellation fee will apply.

What if the realtor or photographer is running late or misses an appointment?

The photographer will wait for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. If you miss the appointment there will be $30.00 cancellation fee. We ask that if the photographer is late, that you also wait 15 minutes. We will do our best to notify you if we are running late.

What is the time frame before my VPM is online?

View2Offer.com will attempt process the images within two working days or 48 hours from the time we receive the images from the photographer.

Do I or my customers need to download any additional software to view the VPM?

There is no additional software needed to view any of our virtual property movies.

How long will my virtual tour that I ordered be online?

For up to 360 days. Alternatively, when the listing is sold, please notify us and we will take it off.
