Process
1. Purchase a Package
Choose your package of Virtual Tour. Enter the location address and select your prefer Date and Time of shooting. You can either pay online by credit card or pay offline by cheque, cash or ATM transfer.
2. Confirm Shooting Date
Our customer support will contact you to confirm your location and booking date.
3. Photo Shooting
Our photographer will proceed down to your location for the photo shooting. It will take around 30 minutes for the Virtual Tour shooting to be completed.
4. Upload Virtual Tour
Shots taken will then be processed and converted to Virtual Tour using our special software. They will then be uploaded to our server.
5. Live Virtual Tour & Deliver CD
Your Virtual Tour will be live and available for public viewing. A unique URL will be given to your to access to the Virtual Tour page. You will be able to edit the property details of the tour using our CMS system. A personalised CD of your Virtual Tour will then be mailed out to you (only applicable to packages bundled with CD).

Rescheduling or cancellation of photography date should be done one day before the scheduled appointment date (cut-off time is 5:00pm). Any rescheduling or cancellation of virtual tour time & date is not allowed after the cut-off time. The booked virtual tour is considered taken for any missed appointment or late cancellation.
16. You mentioned about having no people present. What if I want people in the virtual tour/photography services? For example, students in campus?
Just inform us beforehand the environment and the type of virtual tour you want, whether with or without people. For some cases, like in an office whereby you only want the virtual tour of the office without the employees, you will have to arrange for a time when there are no people around
